I take room for rently basis in korattur area chennai, with brokers i give 15000 advance and broker commission 3000 and i reten to my home after five days i and my friends go . the room owner told not all 7 members stay if stay means per head give 1000 and water current bil extra
then we discuss to cancel the room .the room owner told after one month i give advance then after one month we go and ask advance amount the owner told who are you you not stay i not return amount. this like cheating in chennai area.
all of them be aware of taking room please dont move with brokers and take good rooms... be aware
most of the cheating are held in chennai
government please take necessary steps to control the brokers and room rents
