M/s.Ajmera Builders
Paid to M/s. Ajmera Builders as deposit towards registration charges vide receipt no ABC A/C 1668/14-8-90 but not deposited

Dear Sir,

I had purchase a shop from M/s. Ajmera Builders shop No. 004, B-3-3, Sector U at Ajmera Housing Complex Pimpri. Pune 411018.in 1990 . Rs. 9938 as stamp duty paid to M/s. Ajmera Builders on 14.08.1990 as deposit towards registration charges vide receipt no ABC A/C 1668/14-8-90

In this matter I had written various letters dated 25.11.92, 29.12.92, 08.01.93, 24.06.94, 07.08.94, 12.08.94, 10.04.95 and latest letter dated 27.07.2010 requesting M/s. Ajmera Builders to refund amount of Rs. 9938 as stamp duty paid to you on 14.08.1990. This was paid to M/s. Ajmera Builders as deposit towards registration charges vide receipt no ABC A/C 1668/14-8-90

Please note that we had done registration of this shop ourselves subsequently as M/s. Ajmera Builders as builder did not show any interest in registering the shop even after two/three years.

As M/s. Ajmera Builders have not done registration of the said shop we have been repeatedly requesting M/s. Ajmera Builders to return the said amount of Rs. 9938 with min Interest 12% P.A for last 20 years to the undersigned immediately.

We are unable to understand that even after repeated follow up for the refund we have not received any positive response from M/s. Ajmera Builders.
