At least a couple of plots, which this builder "M/S GAJANAN CONSTRUCTION PVT LTD." is selling is under dispute. I highly doubt the credibility of other plots too. Since they have only three projects in pipeline in same area, doubts arise if others too are genuine. This builder is cheating people by selling them land which is not altogether litigation free.
