Not refunding the money which is lying for more than 6 yrs

Hi

Want to warn everyone on the site and whoever is visiting the site not to invest any money or believe in this company,

they are frauds and cheats, will never keep up to their commitments. My retired mother had bought 2 plots in Amtala -

Swapnoneer Abasan in 2005 with her hard earned saved money, they were suppossed to give us the land by end of 2008 .

My mother passed away suddenly in till then we are chasing them for the plot. On seeing no sign of giving possession

till 2011 we decided to cancel the booking and wrote to them to refund the money. As I am settled in Delhi and it is not

possible for me to visit their office every now and then, They took 1 year to decide and gave 4 cheques in a gap of 1 month

confirming that the cheques will not bounce of only the principal amount without any interest that they have got for the

last 6 yrs. The first cheque was presented after getting assurance from them that it would be honoured but it was returned

with the comment " Insufficient funds ". They are deliberately doing this so that we get frustrated and forget about the

money. I had spoken to the Bank of Maharastra behala branch whose cheque was given the day I presented the cheque. My

father who is in his 80's has developed a heart ailment due to all this tension and had a pace maker planted. They are

wholly responsible for my father's health.

Would request all the people who are in similar condition to join hands in the process to eliminate such organisations/

people who are there in the system to extract money from innocent salaried / retired people.

Would request the government and the Consumer Forum authorities to take up the matter seriously and resolve the issue as

innocent retired people are being duped of their hard earned money. The people who were involved in this fraud are the

Managing Director - Tapan Ghosh, the chief accountant - Mr Biswajit, the marketing person - Mr Shovan Sarkar.

Would request the West Bengal Govt to take action before legal proceedings needs to initiated as it is the hard earned

saved money of my late mother.
