Dear sir,

I am Dineshkumar. D From M/S Sarathi Builder (P) Ltd. I am working in this concern for the past 8 months. Each and every month an amount of Rs 480 company 4.12% also is been deducted from my salary as PF. The PF number given by My company Consultant AUDITOR Mr. Sridhar (91 8122901437-hosur) for me is TN/SL/47437/54 .When i requested for the PF form as i am resigning my job, the form is not been issued by the concern due to some reasons. Kindly advise me.
