I acknowledge the Receipt of FIR NO. 160/09 P.S. EOW against M-TECH Developers Ltd. for cheating the lone complainant in tune of Rs.61, 80, 277 (Sixty one lacs eighty thousand two hundred seventy seven), on the false pretext of providing a dream home at GOA, is stated, after filing of first appeal under RTI Act but it is shocking to learn that brave heart Delhi Policemen who had recently apprehended auto theft gang at Palwal (Haryana) are illegally trying to hide their non- activity under the garb Section 8 (1) (h) of RTI ACT in the present case.
I am at loss to understand how can the information that other persons can lodge/become co-complainant against M-tech Developers ltd. may hamper /destroy the readily available evidence. Further mere information about arrest/grant of bail by any court of law/or accused are abscondening can destroy the relevant evidence. The incomplete, misleading reply by police is only beneficial to the White Collar accused of multi crore rupees cheating case.
Please Consider this E-mail as a representation on behalf of hundreds of persons who were duped by M-tech developers ltd in tune of lacs of rupees each in search of their dream home for fair discharge of duty as per law as well as subsequent event to decide my pending first appeal under RTI Act to provide sought information with out ant any further hassles.
