Sub: M. Tech Developers Ltd. having its office at ANS House, 144/2, Ashram, Mathura Road, New Delhi 110 016 not refunding our hard earned money amounting to Rs. 8, 92, 500/- we have invested with them in th beginning of the year 2007.
I, Thomas John together with my wife Mrs. Tessa A. Thomas wish to submit as follows:
1. During the year 2006 ~ 07, as per the advertisement given by M/s.M. Tech Developers Ltd in various newspapers, we have invested in two of their projects an amount of Rs. 8, 92, 500/- in the beginning of the year 2007.
2. Noticing no progress in the projects in which we had invested (M.Tech Camellia Garden Estate, Bhiwadi and M.Tech Heights, Bhiwadi) by the developers as per their commitments, we had requested them to refund our investment together with applicable interest.
3.This fraudster have no hesitation to accept that they are not proceeding with the project in which we have invested but are not willing to part with my investment to satisfy thier greed to make money on the hard earned money.
4. During one of our visit to their office on 25th March seeking refund, we were issued a letter of guarantee by their General Manager Marketing assuring us to refund our investment with interest within six months.
5. In-spite of our repeated requests / visits to their office for refund, the developer has not refunded our investments till date.
6. As a law abiding taxpayers of India, we are shocked to notice that this developer & his team are enjoying the fruits of our hard earned money without any fear / worry in the centre of the National capital of India.
7. In-spite of over 200 complaints that are registered against this developer by a large number of affected investors with the office of the DCP, EOW, Delhi Police, we are disappointed to notice that the developer is flouting around without fear of the appropriate authorities responsible for ensuring justice to the common man.
8. Retired Delhi Police officials at the level of ACPs are on the rolls of this fraudster company (Mattoo & Bagh singh) to scare away the investors.
9. With this mail, we request the apporopriate authorities to intervene in this matter and to provide justice to us.
We are optimistic that you will do the needful to resolve our grievance at the earliest and reciver our hard earned money that is being held by this frauster since the beginning of the year 2007.
