The above titled Company had announced many Housing projects and some of ordinary persons had booked with them after taking loans but plans were not sanctioned and company also failed to return BOOKING AMOUNT in tune of lakhs of rupees per booking.
Through RTI Applications it become known that 22 consumer complaint cases had decided and 38 consumer complaint cases are still pending before Consumer disputesDisputes Redressal Forum.-X against them. A complaint involving amount more than 20 lakhs is also pending before state Consumer Commission of Delhi against the said Company.
That Police station Roop Nager had received Two Complaints against M-tech Developers ltd. and investigating them. P.S. New Friends Colony had transferred all Complaints regarding said Company to Economic offences Wing Delhi Police. A FIR bearing no.160/09 U/s 420/120-B have been registered against the said Company at P.S.E.O.W.but police official’s Conduct and actions against the company are opaque. Two first appeals under RTI Act are still pending before Police Authorities.
The Number of Consumer Complaint Cases Pending outside Delhi including at Gurgaon (Haryana) and as well as Cases u/s 138 of negotiable instrument act against the said company are yet to be known.
A strong Cognizance with Co-ordination and close monitering to safe guard ordinary public is the need of hour.
