I booked a flat in the Companies "Karveer Tirth" Project in Kolhapur in August. As per the agreement dated 13 Aug. 2007 the possession of the flat was to be given within 12 months from the date of agreement. The construction work is yet to be completed. Pace of work is slow. The builders do not respond to any queries.
