Please, do not make any business with Mr. Muralidhar Behera. He is a great fraud person doing business in Rourkela. He will tell that he will make you buy a plot in bhubaneswar and take away your money. Then, you will run after him year after year to get your plot. But, he will not give you neither the money nor the plot. The same case has happened to me. He has taken 12 Lakhs from me and not giving me the plot or the money. Now, he is not picking up my phone. All rourkela people plz be aware of this fraud.
