Nagroo, property dealer (resident of house number 976, C-2, Palam Vihar, Gurgaon) and Rajesh Gupta (ph: 9818300306 and 9312566369) are dishonest brokers/property dealers who cheated me of 1.15 lakh Rupees, which were taken from us to pay electricity and maintenance dues, not only did they not pay that they blatantly refused to pay back the amount.
My family and I invested my parent’s entire life savings and our savings in a house in part supported by a bank loan. The brokers assisting us in the deal then based out of Vyapar Kendra, Palam Vihar cheated us by retaining funds for payment of Electricity and Maintenance dues. When we insisted they pay and electricity department was threatening to disconnect electricity, Nagroo issued us an invalid cheque which bounced.
Since then I have paid 1.5 lakh Rupees for the same to the authorities with the fine. This is such harassment and I don’t know what to do to get the money back from the broker. Since then I have found out from another source that the person owes many others money as well.
But I would like to warn any other prospective customers to not fall in this trap by having any dealings with these people. I dont know what to do to get the money back.
