I have deposit Rs 50000/- as an booking amount for a builder floor to Nakshatra group in Sai Encalve Faridabad in 2009. But till date they did not completed their construction nor they are refunding my money back to me as i am facing financial problems. I called several times but they did not revert back to me. they changed their office they are not responding on phones. Last time i had spoken to them they did not gave me an satisfactory answer. They had started a project with a new name "Nakshatra Buildcon" without completing the previous one. I told them that i am facing some financial problem as an accident has happened in my family. Banks are asking for their money but they made an excuse to refund the same.
