This is regarding project at Nanded city at Pune
It has been noticed that the nanded city is not willing to share documents relating to legal ownership of land, project before agreement is signed by purchaser. It seems that they want first customer to commit to project and are not concerned in case later the customer faces problem. Hence all are requested to check all the legal documents before commiting for project
