Respected Sir,
I am a resident of Neelgagan Towers, Ahmedabad. We have been paying our maintenance charges regularly and well in advance. Once, I recieved a notice from the Chairman of the Building that whoever owns an old vehicle which is not in use, they are supposed to sell their vehicle in scrap or else if they fail to do the same, then the chairman, at his own discretion, will sell the vehicle without informing the owner. Sir, one fine morning I came to know that my LUNA, which was my first vehicle gifted by my Late Grandfather was sold away in scrap by the chairman. The chairman neither took my consent nor informed me before taking this action. I had great emotional attachment with that vehicle as it was gifted to me by my Grandfather. Sir, what I want to know is, or Rather my complain is that whether the Building Chairman can take such action to sell my property without my consent, on the object of freeing some space for parking, under the applicable Laws??
Kindly, address my complain as soon as possible.
Thanking you,
PRIYANK LODHA
