Espected sir/ madam

This is the 2nd remainder complaint against my share certificate, whihch till date not hand over to me by the commitee members. The chairman, secretatry and treasure have no time to give me. That is the reason I am relying on you to help me out but that too look in vain.

Even after the builder gives the NOC, the chairman has lot of, problem to give it.

pls look into it on top priority.
