Fraud against booked property

My complaint against net abmit home options ltd with office in sector 132 NOIDA.

I booked a flat in sethi max royal sector 76 Noida from them, flat no D 604 on 2nd June and provided the cheque of booking amount 6 lacs to Umashankar Gupta.

I was told that flat D604 is available. This was confirmed by Umashankar Gupta and Shekhar from net ambit. After 5 days when my cheque didnt cleared, I was told that D604 is not available and you can go for G 703. And then later on I was told that G 703 also is not available.

I had a long discussion with there senior guy Bhupinder and Gulshan who were unable to provide a resolution to the problem faced by me. Now the prices of Max royal has increased and the same is out of budget for me.

I faced huge harrasment throught the commitment made by Net Ambit. Otherwise I could have had booked some other flat in same builder on 2nd June itself.

I would suggest never opt to have you deal done from Net Ambit. There way of working is too unproffessional and they are not willing to help and hold there commitments.

They will be behind you till the time you give them the cheque and after that you have to do everything on your own.
