New fan making noise

Dear Sir,

I would like to kind notice to you that I had purchased two numbers of new ceiling fans just three days back. I had grate trust on your brand but I am very sorry to inform you that I have lost all my expectation from the brand,

I noticed that whenever we switched ON the fan it’s making dry bearing (weaseling) kind of noise and second one is taking jerks when ever it’s switched ON.

You may kindly send your engineer to inspect the same and resolve the concern.
