Slow construction activity

I have booked a Flat at A-103 in Nirman -Sayali, Neral West, Karjat, Maharashtra. (in Feb)

The initial activity was on schedule and I was feeling confident that the Builder will meet the deadline of 31 Dec as mentioned in the agreement. But to my dismay there is no progress on the project for last 2 years.

Repeated followup with Nirman head office at Andheri via phone calls / offical letters is of no help.

Any one who had booked flat / shops in Sayali Nirman or other project of the Builder in Neral west can contact me. We are now contemplating legal action.
