Dear Concern,
Kindly note the below complaint :
1. The PLC (Park Location Charges) is not applicable in our flat as per the agreement signed by us and OMAXE limited whereas at the time of possession the company is asking us for Rs 160, 000 as the PLC charges. It is clearly mentioned in our agreement that, there is not PLC applicable in our flat.
2. The project has been delayed by the company for so long, I have paid the full payment at the time of launch of the project. As a proof for the same, I have the payment receipts for the same. Now, as per the agreement, the company has to pay a sum of Rs 5 per sq ft monthly, as rental after 42 months of the booking date till the possession date. Now they are not paying us the penalty for such delay also.
3. The company is still not clear about the actual shifting date for the above flat. I am paying the insatlments every month and also the rent for my current house, but the company is not at all concerned about such issues.
