I had made a booking with Omaxe Ltd. in May for a flat that was to be provided in 2.5 years Earlier this year, Omaxe executives started approaching with plans to move the booking to some other project as the original project was getting delayed.
By April it was acknowledged that Omaxe does not have the necessary approvals to go ahead with the project. But when I approached them for refund, they are not willing to entertain any request for refunds.
After lots of escalations, was able to submit the request for refund but it has been 3 months and still there is no sign of my refund. Once again, they are not responding to emails as well.
Any idea, how should one proceed?
