I have booked a plot in omaxe-I happy home A B road Indore. Loan has been sanctioned to me by L.I.C. housing finance limited Indore. But omaxe has not submitted some document to finance company. So L.I.C. housing finance is unable to give me loan amount. Hence I am unable to pay the balance amount to omaxe ltd. But omaxe has added the interest of Rs.92, 136 on balance amount. They have been telling me that till they don't submit the documents they will not take any interest. Kindly take necessary action omaxe. Tankyou.
