There is an Office at nagpur where i invest the amount of Rs.120000/- through cheque and make a aggrement on this it is written that monthly compansation is given to you and post dated cheque signed by Mr. Manoj Imane which is now is not tracable. after making aggrement 4 to 5 months the compantitiob amount cheque is clear without any delay but now a days the ofice is closed from long time no reply is received from any of the officer. kindly guide me wht to do?
