We have book the flat in Om Sai Ram (Builders &Developers) and his name is Ram - 08108581910 and his address - Plot no - 111, Alka Puri road, off Achole road, Nalasopara (E) Dist-Thane 401209. and his partner Kamlesh - 9768643276 from Excel Enterprise (I) Pvt Ltd. B-06 Adiraj Apts, Nagar Parishad road, Nile More Gaon, Nalasopara (W), Dist-Thane 400203 were we have paid Rs.1 lakh and 63 thousand to this both the person as a down payment and now when we come to know that property is ilegal and their are frauder when we are requesting to refund our money so their are not refunding and abusing to me and my family.please help us for our money which we have paid to them. Kindly request you please help us to get the money back from this two frauders
