Respected Sir,
We the undersigned Chairman / Secretary and all the members of above said bldg., would like to request you to pull your attention to our grievances and the pain regarding the above said redevelopment which is briefed as below.
1) We all 17 members of the said Bldg. were got vacated by issuing Vacation Notices by MHADA in 2005 as the said Bldg was declared dilapidated and unfit for habitation by MBR&R board MHADA.
2) We were given the letter from MBR&R board MHADA in 2005 before demolishing the said bldg. for redevelopment and for formation of the society of the members for the purpose of the redevelopment.
3) Transit accommodation was offered by MHADA in 2005 in Gorai, but due to un comfort of the members of the said Bldg with regards to their work places, schools, colleges of the children’s and other reasons the same were not occupied by the members.
4) The said Bldg was demolished partly in 2005 and further pulled down completely in 2007 by MHADA.
5) Since from 2005 till date all the members of the said Bldg. are merely managing to live nearby with lots of pain by paying heavy rents beyond their capacity due to their unavoidable needs of the family and other circumstances.
6) We also have approached MHADA and made requisite compliances and correspondence for the formation of the Society for the Redevelopment of the said bldg . and still awaited for their approval.
7) Many efforts were made by the members to come over this situation by approaching MBR&R board, MHADA, / MCGM / Owner of the Bldg. / Local Corporators and many co-related.
8) After all the efforts we are still remained injustice and ruined in all sides.
9) We approached MBR&R board F-south ward, but were told to obtained Owner’s NOC for the redevelopment approval of the said Bldg.
10) With regards to point no 8 above If the Bldg. is got vacated by MBR&R board MHADA and acquired by MHADA the NOC of the land owner is deemed.
11) Besides above Land owner is very rigid / cunning and not willing to redevelop the said Bldg., We made hundreds of efforts to manage / convince the owner but nothing seems to be going right.
In view of all above we are begging for your help / guidance and your power to come out of the said problem with some favorable solution which will benefit all concerns of the said Bldg.
All the relevant correspondence / letters communicated by MBR&R board MHADA / MCGM / Society is attached herewith for your perusal.
Your favorable guidance / co-operation for the said matter is expected.
