Here i want to share my bad experience with Agni Properties. Through this Company i have booked a flat in Today Canary Greens, Sec73 as per their verbal commitment they mentioned to share the maximum possible agent commission.
After repeated reminders no one is responding. Its been more then 2 months, I am chasing these people to get clarity.
After repeated calls, we got the reply that the employee who was involved, has left the organization. Should I really bother if one of the employees left the organization? When we have come to know that Mr. Deepak khanna has resigned from Agni properties, I have immediately visited the Agni office in Saket & met Mr. Ankush Kaul there who confirmed me to resolve the issues within 2 days time. I have been trying to contact Mr. Ankush Kaul since last 30-40 days but there is no response from his side & even he is not been picking up my phone (Might have left the Agni). I have visited Agni Saket office today again trying to get an appointment with Mr. Asheet Lanba for another 10 days.
There is hardly any professionalism in these chaps.
