Agni properties gave me a Credit note stating the credit note amount will be paid in full within 30 days of paying 30% of payment but now nearly 2 years have passed and I am still waiting for my money.
They have all the excuses. They will not stick to there commitments. Anyone investing with them shoudl have good links in Police, etc so that they can be arrested for bluffing and frauds they do.
I am really disgusted dealing with them.. I hope consumer court can give me some relief.
