No construction work done for housing project pal garden in sec 89 faridabad nor builder is returning my hard earned money

Builder has done a fraud with all the investors, they have taken an amount more than 9 lacs or 40% of BSP of flat in the yr 2007 and assured for the flat posession by sep but till now no construction work has been done at the site. It seems that they had not taken money with an intention of completing the project and delevering the flat to the investors within appropriate time, instead they had cheated us. I will request with the Forum to take action against the company and do the justice for us.
