Fraud Project and Developer
I have booked a flat in Apple County Shimla, in name of my wife. Payment was made for 1.5 Lakh as initial deposit more than a year back. Since then there is no communication from the builder. There office deals with multiple projects and no body respond to phones (at NOIDA Sector 63 office) for this property and you are put to indefinite hold. Even a personal visit last September also gave a promise to take a decision by March. Since then no calls are being answered and no response form the builder, Aiming High Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd.
Absolutely a fraud company, hence do not expect any customer sensitivity from their side. Even the agent, Mega Marketing (Chandigarh based agency) has also washed of their hands and no support from their side.
