I booked Royalle Villa No J 111 in Parsvnath City, Jodhpur in August. At that time Builder promised to complete work and give possession within 18 months. But till date (30/5) they had done only plinth level work and from last 18 months they completely stopped work and in even coming year they are not going to start it again. I made several complaint to them through e.mail and registered letter but they are not responding.
