Patel realty is charging Rs 1.9 lakhs as VAT. However this was not discussed to during agreement. So now this is hitting my budget. After some research I understood that this VAT was not new and it is prevailing from last 3 years.. so why didn't the builder inform this. So ideally the builder should take this cost, as I have paid them all the amount raised till now.
