I booked a plot in new bangalore colony from pathy housing ltd from their branch office in malviya nagar new delhi, and paid all insaltment in time to branch manager mr PRABHU.

before last instt. mr prabhu is runaway and office is closed .many time i ring-up main office but ans. is directer is not here. two time i personally visited bangalore, but same answer

i am ex. serviceman they taken my hardearned money any gentleman pl. advice me where to complain in delhi OR NOIDA
