Harassment by SM Paranjothi Pandian Periyar Realtors
We have raised capital of around 18 lacks from The Hindu (News paper) company and other private company staffs and supported with Funds to start Periyar Realtors real estate company by SM Paranjothi Pandian in 2007.
The first project named Jai hind nagar layout at Tirunelveli dist was developed and sold in monthly installment scheme. For promoting this layout again we have marketed and brought customers from The Hindu, Hyundai, Ford India and other private company staffs, Friend and relatives. SM paranjothi pandian was never brought any capital and customers in to the company.
In the meantime he was keep collecting capital from us and developed more layouts in and around Tirunelveli dist like Nellai silicon city in Kangai kondan, Ram nagar in Nanguneri etc. Our Capital was matured in 2008 and he has not paid the capital back as on date.
We have asked many times about the Capital but he never responded to us and most of the times he has ignored our phone calls. Also, SM paranjothi pandian has sold plots in exorbitantly high value which was artificially created by him.
I would suggest consumers not to buy properties from Periyar Realtoes. Initially SM paranjothi pandian give a lot of promises but later on fail to abide.
Most scary and surprising is that the owner SM paranjothi pandian manhandles and abuses consumers if they raise any question. SM paranjothi pandian harasses the investors, customers and even their company staffs in many ways and this goes on for days.
I would suggest consumers to refrain from buying properties from this realtors.
