Cheating Selling Rs 10000 worth plot to Rs 1 lack
I am Ramu, I have bought a plot (Ram nagar, Nanguneri) from Periyar realtors in 2007. Periyar realtors owner SM Paranjotji pandian had assured me that this land worth was Rs 1 lack and in 2 years it will be with more apprciation value and aslo he has assured me to suport for resale the plot when I request. In that assurance, I have bought the plot for Rs 1 lack. Now in I have made a request to him for resale but he has mentioned only Rs 30000 and also told me that when it was sold the plot, the value was only Rs 10000. When I asked why you have cheated me like that, then he has replied me that this is called Business ethics in Real estate. Also I was badly humiliated by SM Paranjothi pandian. He has abused me with bad words and also threatened me.
