Hi, i shifted to the below address by looking at the advertisement in ad mag.. i got the rent reduced and paid extra security deposit, thus the rent committed 1500/- and advance to 15000/- . new year time i delayed in checking out the local notary and getting the rental agreement made.. thus now the stance is that the owner has declined that i have given him advance of rs.15000/- and asked me to leave . i have given a complaint at the banaswadi police station.(he has addressed to the police that the real owner of the pg is a retired army officer and he is the manager of the pg) and accused me of fraud... owner is taking advantage of the no proof of money being given, and has also threatened me till maximum limit. the accommodation provided is not up-to the standards and i challenge the association to please come and have a look at the place. Please find a way to catch this cheat..
Now upto date status is: i have been told by the police that the owner has several complaints against me, mabe if he challanges me in court.. well i dont hesitate..
