On 12 April when the temperature was extremely high and loo was blowing the whole night you did not provide any cooler to me and kept telling you will give it to me the next day. The whole night as you are aware because of the unbearable heat and the loo I was left vomiting and sleepless, due to which I had to go to office with red eyes and was extremely tired and weak because of lack of sleep and continuous vomiting, due to your purposeful act of not providing any cooler to me.
The same continued on 13 April wherein again no cooler was provided and your purposefully with malicious intent did not provide me with the cooler, despite me repeatedly asking for one. On 13 in light of the above inhuman conditions and to save my self from your dubious attitude and plans I had to find a new place to live and vacate the room, thereby causing extreme hardship to me. It was under the above dubious plans and inhuman conditions I was forced to leave and find a new place to live at major cost. As I had to leave under such conditions you also forced me to write under duress an SMS on 5th May that you can dispose of my steel almirah (costing Rs.2500/-) and quilts (costing Rs. -).
When vacating the room you and your wife Mrs. R.P.Vohra promised to refund the money by 30th April. On asking for the same your wife kept giving evasive answers and making false excuses for not returning my deposit and till date my deposit has not been returned by you. Instead of refunding my money, I was threatened with dire consequences on asking for it again.
I would once again as brought out earlier in our letter would request you to refund my deposit of Rs. 3, 000 and Rs. 4500 being the cost of my almirah and the quilt, by June 10, as you retained the same unlawfully from 12th April. I repeatedly asked for my quilt on 12th April 13th April and on 4th May but to no avail. I was told by your daughter in law (Mrs Rashmi Vohra) that she cannot handover the quilt and she kept on making flimsy excuses to retain my quilt and almirah and now the Vohra’s to cover up their act of not returning my money and the almirah and the quilts, are building imaginative stories thereby harassing me and hence wanting to fleece my money on the name of rent. My almirah was damaged by Rashmi Vohra which was not repaired intentionally and when I asked for the damage cost excuses were made.
In the above circumstance and harassment faced by me from the Vohra family, fearing for my life and well being, I approached the police station sector 19 for help.
In spite of the need for money, fearing for my life and well being, I did not ask for my money which is misappropriated by the Vohra family.
The allegations in relation to the motor raised by the Vohra family are false and baseless. They are a further attempt to harass me.
Attention of the officer in charge police station sector 19, is also drawn to the fact that the Vohra family is habituated into harassing girls. The same can be verified by the fact that police was called by one girl in the same P.G. owned by the Vohras on 6th Feb.
In the above circumstances, which the Officer in charge police station sector 19 will concur, I call upon you to refund my security deposit and the cost of my steel almirah and quilt at the earliest.
I sincerely request the Officer in charge police station sector 19 to urge the Vohra family to stop harassing me and pay my money at the earliest.
The letter of Vohra family, clearly is an attempt not only to siphon off my security deposit of Rs. 3000 which is with you but also with a wrongful intent to fleece Rs. 2750 from me and an attempt with utmost malicious intent to harass me, misguide me and the Officer in charge police station sector 19.
