Hi, Hi, I’ve booked a PG in PADAM KUTIR for 8th May and I’ve deposited Rs. 1000/- as a security to PADAM KUTIR owner on 29th April. Due to some personal reasons I am unable to shift there. According to their rules I can claim back my money after informing them within 5 days time period or if I am unable to do that amount money will be forfeited.
So in accordance with their rules I inform them in their 5 days time period.
But now they are arguing and not returning my money back to me. I’ve their signed original security deposited receipt with me in which the above commitment is mentioned. So I need a help in this context please find a way to catch this cheat.
