Nationstar chrges for online payments. Nationstar wont accept my bank's electronic payments. Eventhough they clear my bank, I have to call every month and spend hours on the phone while Nationstar tries to "find" my payment. If you can navigate through the endless phone tree and speak to a human, you will be transferred. Each time you are transferred you are put back on hold. One friday after a human transferred me, I spent 90 mins on hold until the company closed. Because of these issues I have been assigned a "foreclosure prevention specialist" who doesn't return phone calls. I despise Nationstar and their service practices. I wish they never got ahold of my loan and I am trying to do anything I can to get my home refinanced with another company. AVOID NATIONSTAR IF POSSIBLE!!!
