As per the membership (No. Kool 742) offer (@ Rs.125000), 2 complementary plots of 1089 sft each are to be given to me. Company is demanding Rs.65, 000/- for the same arbitrarily towards documentation (gift deed) against the actual registration expenses of Rs.10, 000/-. Thus it is cheating / looting it's customers to the extent of Rs.55, 000/- . Also forcing it's customers to pay additional Rs.55, 000/- towards building flimsy compound wall, which is not required at all. These are unethical / unfair practices to the extent of Financial Crimes / Fraud. Immediate action needs to be initiated against Country Club India / Country Condos Ltd.
