Sitrus Valley Developers formerly Nigama Properties MD Nakesh Reddy, has promised Amenities like club house, swimming pool children's play area, Tar roads, 2 overhaed water tanks, 2 borewells and all other modern amenities in their project AeroView at Mudenahalli Chikballapur dist.
Leaving the project incomplete (Without most of the basic amenities mentioned above) they have launched two new projects by the name SAI MAEDOWS, SITRUS VALLEY AND NANDI VIEW in the same vicinity by changing the company name to Sitrus valley project now..we feel cheated by false promises of this developer and we don't want others to fall pray to this developer. The builder has been delaying the development work on being requested several times only roads have been made that too for name sake..its been over two yrs now I have purchased site from them but no development has happened in the project till date.
Request you to kindly help me in getting appropriate compensation for this loss or if not compensation the developer should be asked to complete the committed work ASAP.
