Real (Green) Acres is a fraud real estate agency. Pl do not deal with them. They are dealing with bank sealed property.
First, they ask to pay 30% of total value, then make MOU (agreement), in which mentioned that within 4-6 month the flat is yours. But the fact is they make a fool to people by using their money & earning an interest over a period of time.
I also made a 30% payment but even after 4-5 months, i never see or get a proposed flat. Their people also not interested to talk to me. Whenever i give them a call, they never pick it up. After investigation i came to know that they nothing doing with my case. & always says that my case is in DRT (Debt Recovery T.) Fortunately, my ex boss was working there who said no such case is with DRT. Which mean they just playing mind game.
