I am the member of Chandivali Nisarg Co. Operative Housing Society which is situated at Building No.10, MHADA Colony, Chandivali, Mumbai - 400 072.
Committe Members of the Society issued Consent Letter for Re-Development in favour of Re-developer of Building M/s. Ajanta Heights LLP & taking signatures of members of our buildiing without taking approval in Special General Meeting. They also misguiding members while taking signatures on the Consent Letter by saying it is required for Conveyance of the Building.
Hence, on 1st April, more than 30% of the members of in society had requested Chairmen of the Society to take Special General Meeting as per the By Laws of the Societies.
Also Members had approached Deputy Registrar of Co-Operative Housing Societies, MHADA, Bandra, Mumbai-400 051 to take Special General Meeting against which he had issued letter dated 20.04.11 in favour of Chairman/Secretary of the Society wherein he informed them to take Special General Meetiing as per the request of the Members of the Society. However till now the Committee Members are not ready to take Special General Meeting.
Redevelopment procedure of the above buildiing is not going according to the Government Resolution and as per the law.
Hence there is a chance of lot of corruption is going on in the entire process of redevelopment of above building.
I therefore request your goodself to make the enquiry of the above matter.
Re-development of the Buidding should be done according the majority of the members & as per the Government Circular.
