As per brokers its a subsidiary of Ajnara India Limited but Ajnara website does not confirm such information and not even in the price list. Also when you click the Ajnara Dafodil on its website, you are being transferred to another website

In such cases, Ajnara can easily transfer the company to any other third party as your contract will be with MPG Realty Private Limited and Ajnara will be totally out of the project.
If the project is genuinely launched by Ajnara then it should be under the name Ajnara India Limited as all other projects have been launched under Ajnara India Ltd.
