Mr Ak Saini has purchased a plot in Lohagaon Pune in survey no 168 from Promod which is totally a fruad land. I have purchased some part of land from him and given him
04 lakhs in the month of dec. Now Talathi of Lohagaon is refusing to make (7 12) of that land and he is telling that, that land is totally a fraud land. Now Mr Saini neither
making (7 12) nor he is returning my money.
Please register my complain in consumer forum and solve my problem
