These Allcheck deals people condradict each other internally.
I first talked to Mr. Shivank and he was offering BSP of Rs. 4959 psqft at Lotus Buleward 3C noida sec 100 project, and another guy Mr. Divyansh from the same company offered 5800 psqft and most surprisingly both prices are of fresh direct selling from builder i.e 3C's.
I would request Noida Authority and all concerned departments who are taking care of these property consultants to impose a stringent law against all of them and try to make these rates more transparent.
