I have invested for a flat in Cedar Highs in Rudarpur and invested Rs 2.25 lakh for a 1100 sft flat. It has been almost 2 years that no construction has come up. The builder has withdrawn this category of flat from this apartment as per their advertisment on their official website. I am requesting for refund but no response. Pl help. I need the money badly and have left my job also.
