The builder "Amarnath Aggarwal Investments P Ltd" for Amravati Enclave Panchkula os a fraud and a cheater. They promised something else and deliver very opposite of it to the customers.
They are not following any rules and regulations.
no space for parks and green belts left in the colony.
builder is occupying everything and selling that for money.
not sufficient street lights,
poor construction,
dont listen to occupants,
misbehaves,
poor condition of roads,
poor condition of hospital,
poor condition of community center.
No maintenance at all.
false promises to customers. etc etc etc etc etc etc...
