I have booked a flat in Amrapali Smart City, noida in APRIL, I have paid Rs 1.80 Lac as booking amount. But builder is not giving allotment letter. Other project started by amrapali group, got allotment letter. As we got news that this plot on which smart city is going to construct having some legal problem and yet not approved even though they have sms to every buyer for allotment letter but after signing on ERP 20 days back still not they have provided allotment letter. Can some one from Amrapali will give the status on this.
