I booked 2 luxury studios at Jagatpura, Jaipur and paid booking amount and 2 installments. I asked them to make an agreement as per the conditions. The manager Mr. Surendra Pareekh kept on buying time and at the end stopped receiving calls. I could not contact any body in the company. When I visited their office in Orbit arcade at Ajmer road, I found that the office was closed. On inquiring further I found that they closed the office few months back and shifted to Vaishali nagar but that office had been seized by the police as the owner Mr. Rohit Suri had run away. I visited the sight at Jagatpura, there too the property is seized. I do not know what to do now.
