I am a premium member of club mahindra holidays for the past many years. but whenever i request for my room it is not available for the days i plan the holiday.and not able to use the same.even though being a premium member.and i stopped giving asf charges.but i recently contacted them and was assured that they will try to reduce the asf for the unutilized period by their cochin office.i am sorry to report that after this their response is very bad and they dont call back .and give me the details. pls do the needful. membership no A 20234040008
