I had purchased 540 sft. flat in amrapali Smart City on downpayment now they are shifting it to a very bad location how do i claim my money back with interest.. i was one of the first to book this flat. but now i feel cheated plz guide me what steps to take as i dont want this flat now due to the false comittment of the company.
